Cancellation Fee
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, kindly notify us at least two (2) business days in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another interested individual and helps reduce the waiting time, which unfortunately can be more than a year.
For repeated last-minute cancellations or failure to provide notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price will be applied.
